Conference is an opportunity for developers to learn more about submittal requirements, evaluation factors, and deadlines.
The City of Austin Purchasing Office will host a Pre-Offer Conference and Site Tour for interested Colony Park Offerors on Thursday, Nov. 16 at the Turner-Roberts Recreation Center Multipurpose Building, 7201 Colony Loop Drive.
The meeting will include a presentation and overview of the scope of work from 9:30 a.m. -11:00 a.m. and resources for a self-guided site tour from 11:00 a.m. to noon.
Colony Park is located roughly seven miles from Downtown, near the intersection of Decker and Loyola Lane, and features 208 acres of publicly owned land in a rapidly growing area for new development in northeast Austin.
The Pre-Offer Conference is an opportunity for developers to learn more about submittal requirements, evaluation factors, and deadlines for the Colony Park Sustainable Community Request for Qualifications (RFQS). All information covered during the meeting will be posted as an addendum to the solicitation materials. Interested Offerors are encouraged to register as a vendor through the City of Austin Vendor Connection to receive updates on posted addendum and to access the RFQS documents.
This is an important milestone for the City’s Economic Development Department and the Colony Park community. The City envisions added facilities for job training, healthcare, and other public services that will be compatible with existing adjacent neighborhoods.
